Cleanline Surf Return Policy?
The return policy for Cleanline Surf is as follows:
- Returns are initiated by creating an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request through their automated portal.
- Once approved, items can be shipped back using the provided pre-paid label or through the carrier of your choice.
- A $10 Pre-Paid Return Label is available for most orders shipped to the lower 48 states, excluding oversized items. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund total.
- Cleanline Surf offers a 30-Day Return Policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your products, you may return any purchase within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in new/unused condition, in original packaging with the original tags, receipt, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
- The manufacturer's original packaging that comes with your item and all accessories that may be part of the item must also be returned undamaged.
- Cleanline Surf does not refund any shipping costs on returns unless the return was due to an error on their part.
- Returns for refund on special orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- For international orders, you are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any duty and taxes associated with the return shipment.
